Organizational Structure
The General Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Accounting Officer of the Railway Department and is directly responsible to the Ministry of Transport. The General Manager is supported by the following senior executives:
- Additional General Manager (Administration)
- Additional General Manager (Operations)
- Additional General Manager (Infrastructure)
- Additional General Manager (Technical)
The Railway Department is organized into Sub-Departments and Specialized Units, as detailed below
